FIP Cure Plus Relapse Support Program

We support customers throughout treatment and in qualifying relapse cases. This relapse support program is separate from our Refund Policy and is not a general money-back guarantee.

What the Program Covers

• Dosage guidance and treatment support throughout the treatment plan.
• Arabic and English support by email and WhatsApp.
• Review of qualifying relapse cases and guidance on next steps.
• A 50% discount on eligible follow-up treatment, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for the 50% Follow-Up Treatment Discount

After a completed 84-day course

If your cat relapses within 12 months after completing an 84-day FIP Cure Plus treatment course, you may qualify for a 50% discount on eligible follow-up treatment, up to an 84-day supply. To review eligibility, please provide the treatment start and end dates and final blood-test results documenting recovery at the end of the course.

After an earlier veterinarian-supervised completion

If treatment was completed earlier under veterinary supervision and your cat relapses within 6 months, you may qualify for the same 50% follow-up treatment discount, up to an 84-day supply. Final blood-test results documenting recovery are required. Additional clinical information may be requested as part of the review.

Incomplete treatment or no final blood test

If treatment was incomplete or there is no final blood test documenting recovery, the discount does not automatically apply. Contact us and we will review the case and discuss available treatment options.

Use of other brands

The relapse support discount applies to qualifying treatment completed with FIP Cure Plus products. If different brands were mixed during the course, contact us for guidance; the discount may not apply.

Refunds and Order Issues

Refunds for cancelled orders, damaged or defective items, incorrect items, and other order issues are governed by our Refund and Return Policy. The relapse support program does not replace or expand that policy.
